Host a Bible Camp for Leprosy Affected Children
Our Goal is to provide support and sponsorships for these children to attend a special Bible camp, where they will receive love, care, food, and an opportunity to learn about God.
Leprosy-affected children face tremendous challenges as they navigate through life. Due to the stigma associated with leprosy, they are often treated as outcasts by society. These children, along with their parents, reside in quarantine villages, isolated from the rest of the country. The resulting isolation and discrimination they face contribute to the difficult lives they lead.
An in-depth look
Through our Bible camp, we aim to bring joy and hope into the lives of these precious souls. With a gift of $150, you can help sponsor a child whose parents are affected by leprosy to attend the Bible camp. The Bible camp provides a safe and nurturing environment where these children can find solace, support, and a sense of belonging.
They will receive love and care from dedicated volunteers who are committed to making a difference in their lives. Nutritious meals will be provided, addressing their immediate physical needs, while various activities and programs will be designed to empower them mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Your support will not only give these children a chance to escape the harsh realities of their everyday lives but also provide them with the opportunity to grow as individuals. By investing in their well-being, education, and spiritual development, we are nurturing disciples and enabling them to break free from the cycle of poverty and social exclusion. Our Goal is to raise $1500 to pay for 10 children to attend the camp.
Leprosy Ministry
Jesus showed unconditional love and care for all, including lepers, who were societal outcasts. He touched them and even visited the home of Simon the Leper. Today, leprosy victims still face rejection and live in quarantine villages. Our ministry aims to follow Jesus' example by reaching out to the sick, lost, and poor. We have worked with lepers in isolated colonies for years as leprosy persists worldwide. There are hundreds of such colonies in the central province we work in alone.
