Forgotten Community Becomes the Blessed Community

 March 4, 2021

The Blessed Community In Their Own Words

It's been over a month since the first food distribution in the "Forgotten Community". Somehow we have planted a small seed of faith in their hearts. They are excited every Wednesday because it's the Bible study that our team started. This is a time of refreshing, praising, and worshipping our God. Not everybody in the community has heard the gospel. Many of them are still hesitant to listen to the good news. But we are working on it with the help of one mission church close to that area. On January 30, 2021, we distributed 100 food packs, clothes, toys, and 100 portable solar lanterns because they don't have electricity in their community.

Because large gatherings are still prohibited, we distributed the food packages in two batches. More than half of the people who came accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior that day. We have seen in the people's eyes that they were filled with joy. As one of the beneficiaries says, "We are no longer the FORGOTTEN Community, but we are now The BLESSED Community."

The residents of the "once forgotten now blessed community" feel loved, accepted, and recognized because of His Feet International's generosity. His Feet is willing to help us reach out to the so-called "forgotten people". Thank you for your generous giving! Together, we were able to touch and change their lives with God's love!

The children were fed and given toys. Families were all given a solar powered lantern.

We felt that we couldn't have said it better. Together the His Feet International family is spreading the love of Jesus. Doors are opening up for the gospel because our partners won't stop joyously obeying Jesus' commands to go into all the world and make disciples and care for the least of these.

It's your prayers, support, and willingness to partner with God that make it possible for us to help so many who are in dire need.
